Haylee Spedding

Haylee Spedding is a Legal Assistant at AX Compensation Lawyers, providing attentive and practical support to both our clients and legal team.

With experience across multiple areas of the legal industry, including litigation, family law, wills and estates, conveyancing, and general matter administration, Haylee brings a well-rounded understanding of legal practice to her role. Her experience has involved supporting legal professionals with file management, client correspondence, matter preparation, and the day-to-day administration needed to help matters progress smoothly.

Haylee has a friendly, client-first approach and a strong work ethic. She understands that many clients come to AX Compensation Lawyers during a difficult or uncertain time in their lives, and she takes pride in helping make the legal process feel clearer, more organised, and less overwhelming.

Haylee has also supported and trained adolescents with disabilities in the skills needed for independent living — experience that has strengthened her empathetic, patient, and people-focused approach.

Haylee is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Through her studies and practical legal experience, she has developed a strong interest in litigation and helping people navigate the legal system with confidence.

Outside of work, Haylee volunteers as Vice President (Publications) for the UniSC Law Students’ Association. She also enjoys dance, camping, four-wheel driving, and travelling overseas — especially to the snow.
