Max Evans is a Legal Assistant at AX Compensation Lawyers, providing practical support to our clients and legal team across personal injury and compensation matters.
Max obtained a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business, majoring in Management, from the University of the Sunshine Coast. He has also completed the coursework component of his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law.
Through his legal training and practical experience, Max has developed strong skills in legal research, written communication, matter preparation, problem-solving, and client-focused support.
His background has given him a strong appreciation for clear communication, attention to detail, and helping clients feel informed throughout the legal process.
Max also brings discipline, focus, and leadership experience from his long-standing involvement in competitive indoor and lawn bowls. He is the Senior Vice President of the Nambour Indoor Bowling Association, a representative of the Queensland Indoor Bowling State Team and Australian Indoor Bowls National Team, and has won multiple state and national championship titles. He is also a contracted player with Kawana Bowls Club and a member of the 2026 Under-25 Queensland State Squad.
Max brings a calm, professional, and client-centred approach to his role at AX Compensation Lawyers and is committed to supporting Queenslanders through the compensation claims process.

Outside of his legal work, Max is an accomplished indoor and lawn bowls competitor, having represented both Queensland and Australia and won multiple state and national championship titles. His success in competitive sport reflects the discipline, focus, and composure he brings to his role at AX Compensation Lawyers.
